Brief Reasons and Reforms For Pakistan to become a stable State :-

By: Salar Shakir

There might be created a bundle of documents for the measure's to be taken for the growth of economy, agriculture etc but they will be entitled to failure due to those Vital Person's who have deepened their claws into every public sector, those people who are not subject to any accountability in this State furthermore the material issue that this state is facing is a failing law and order situation which should be on the foremost priority to be resolved.

Why is it in this state that the courts are working for the Big Shots even on a holiday and not for any other common person ?

Why is it that a common person in this state is deprived from the timely proceedings of his matter even on a working day ?

If I state the conditions for law and order in view of my religion I might be marked as an extremist !!!

Why is it that people are adopting the ways of bribe rather than reporting the person who is involved in the case of bribery ??

And many more questions arise it's not the system that needs a change in it, it's the 220.09 million population of Pakistan that need to think rationally about these circumstances which we are facing are caused by us because we live in a democratic state which is made by, of and from the people nevertheless it's basically us which are leading this state to failure by choosing these crooked political persons who cannot put an end to their lust for the power, it is the common man who can take over the reign from these kakistocratic people.

Law relating Issues :-

The basic issue which prima facie apparent is codes and regulations are available for every sector but they are miserably put to failure by those sectors cause the punishments are not severe enough and an easy escape plan is availed by such sectors by way of tearing the aforesaid codes and regulations into pieces.

Just like in the Zainab Ansari Case, they promised him to hang publicly but later were rejected by the Court,

as the Saudi Arabia have severe punishment for stealing as the kingdom follows a narrow interpretation of Islamic law, as per the Saudi law "Theft (stealing in secret) is punished by the amputation of the offender's right hand, and armed or highway robbery may be punished by execution, crucifixion, or amputation of hands and feet from opposite sides of the body, depending on the severity of the offense", due to these types of Law there is a low ratio of crime rate and also many other countries such as Singapore is able to keep its crime rate low at 0.16 % per 100k population by enforcing strict laws and punishments on those who break the law, as well as having a sophisticated system of surveillance and as Pakistan crime rate is at 3.88% per 100k population.

Pakistan should also be enforced with strict laws and severe punishment for anyone breaking the law.

Reforms :-

The main key to a low crime ratio is self discipline as the change begins from you not from the guy next to you or any other person, it's your duty to make sure to follow the rules and also ask your friend's family to follow them.

Cameras to be installed to makes people more conscious of their actions and also attach camera's to the Police Officer's dress code so they will also be conscious of their actions.

Harsh penalties and prison sentences plays a big factor.

The consequences of committing crimes and strictness of laws has made Singapore infamous worldwide. Where else can you find a country where bringing chewing gum will merit a fine of around a thousand dollars, even as a first time offender? Littering will cost the offender hundreds of dollars, jaywalking can land a person a prison sentence, and vandalism a severe caning. Worse crimes, like bringing in and consuming drugs (even before arriving in the country), can result in a death sentence, So by making strict the laws for the country you can lead them to a peaceful state with a low crime ratio.

According to the 2017-18 World Justice Project Rule of Law Index, which measures whether ordinary people can resolve their grievances through the civil justice system, Pakistan’s score is the worst in the region, or 6th out of 6, and globally it’s 105th out of 113.

There are many reasons for this poor performance but the most important one is the long pendency of cases. There are forty thousand cases pending with the Supreme Court, about three hundred thousand with the five high courts and about two million with the subordinate judiciary of the four provinces and the federal capital, according to the Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan.During the last five years, the number of cases pending in the Supreme Court has gone more than double to reach the highest level for the last 15 years. In 2006, the number of pending cases before it was 13,724. Today it is three times that.

By amendment of outdated and redundant laws.

By maximizing the employment of modern technology to improve case management system.

Harsh consequences to be set for filing of frivolous petitions.

Improve the criminal laws and revamp the outdated 1861 police law

Time limit to be decreased in the proceeding of cases or procedure of courts.

Bribery cases to be dealt with severe and extreme punishments so no one would think of commiting such an offence.

One of the main factor of stricting the laws and by serving terms and severe punishments it will effect the ratio of corruption in our country which is the most hazardous issue our country is facing at the moment, by these steps we can make this state move towards betterment.

Just like in the 1900s the Muslim of the subcontinent back then we were deprived from the quality education it's the same as now, we are being not provided with a quality education.

The education must be provided in our national language, to translate every book into Urdu so it could be easily understandable for everyone.

To change the syllabus of these outdated books and teach students what new things have been happening around the world.

They are still teaching bout floppy disks in this world of cloud storages.

They are still teaching same that the batch of 2010 was taught, the same the batch of 2005 was taught the same.

Government educational institutions to be promoted and qualified teacher to be appointed with a supervision of higher officials.

The main thing that people are not able to understand the price of vote which is the most crucial thing, many of the people don't even know why they are even voting someone is that person good for them or not, still in many parts of this country votes are being sold, people have to realize why to vote someone, they have to realize the reasons for voting a person, they still standing behind those who are selling them after getting their votes.

In Pakistan in politics there are thrones set who are waiting for their successor, there have to be a break through this culture of Nepotism and bring change in the society,  it takes everyone to work as a nation and if this doesn't end this today then the tomorrow is doomed.
